The price of the prints includes packing and delivery by either Royal Mail in the UK or DHL/UPS for export orders. This does not include any import taxes or duties which are payable locally by the purchaser.
Prints are made and finished to order so please allow approximately 14 days for production and delivery. Updates will be provided during this process and notification will be sent when prints are ready to be dispatched and tracking details will be provided.
Occasionally, orders may take longer due to demand or customer requirements and I will notify you immediately if this occurs. Prints are dispatched rolled in a sturdy tube with acid free tissue paper protection.
If for any reason you are not happy with the artwork purchased, please notify me within 14 days of receipt and return it to me in its original condition at your expense within 14 days of the notification being provided . Under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less the original cost of delivery. In case of any damage sustained in transit, please notify me immediately upon receipt and provide details.
